"The old order changeth ..." !

Yes, we've junked the old order form: it was much too detailed and, anyway, most of our clients (all, actually) contacted us by phone to discuss their requirements! So can you, if you like.

We will soon be junking the existing Gallery (don't all cheer at once!) and replacing the hastily created templates with some really good ones. You've all heard the story of the mechanic who was too busy to maintain his own car ... Well, we're guilty of this too. We're now in the process of putting this website in order.

We now have on-line payment by PayPal - see our FAQs for details of joining PayPal if you do not already have a PayPal account. It's easy, a few minutes work, and you have access to a huge number of sites which take PayPal - including eBay.

You can check the quality of our work by looking at the latest sites on our Portfolio page, and reading the testimonials of some very satisfied (and happy) clients. Check out their sites too.

Payment Details

Method

If you would like to discuss your site before ordering, please send an email to () or enter "Enquiry" at the top of the message box above. The procedure for ordering a website is as follows:
  • Send us the 50% of the fee (see our rates below) by PayPal, cheque, postal order or bank draft, by recorded delivery, made out to SiteSpinners. Please do NOT send cash.

  • At the same time send us the following items (if you have them), preferably by e-mail or on paper/disc/CD (labelled with your name and address) if accompanying your remittance by post.

    • all text and graphics for your pages
    • your business name and logo, if required.
    • details of any links required across pages

  • When the site is ready for inspection we will e-mail you the web address where it can be viewed.

  • After agreeing the site please send us a remittance for the remaining amount. The site will then be uploaded to your chosen host and will become operational.

  • We will then return your original documents, send you a copy of the site code on a CD, and send you the Domain Registration and Hosting Agreement documents (if we had arranged this for you), and usercode and password which you may change immediately. The Website and Domain Name are now your personal property.
    (Please note that you will be required to renew the registration and Hosting arrangements - normally at one to two year intervals.)

  • We will then promote your site by submission to the search engines.
Please Note: Our charges do NOT include any additional costs incurred in setting up a Hosting Agreement or Domain Registration at your request. These charges will be passed on to you as part of the final settlement.
